I had my door installed 2 weeks ago and have been left with a massive gap between the brick work of my home and the door frame, which I only found out once I booked a FENSA inspection. I called head office same day and was told someone would come out the next day to fix the issue, but then got a call saying that the engineer doesn't cover the area and no one would be available for at least another week and half. Completely unacceptable and now I'm left with an unstable door for I don't know how long for. It's a common theme that Safestyle offers an appointment/ delivery/ installation date to then just call back within minutes and suddenly change the agreed date.
