“Terrible customer service”

After 10 days of no change to my order I contacted customer service, I received no response, the following day they canceled my order with no explanation or response to my previous message.
Right before Christmas, fantastic.
Would not recommend!

Reason I chose this business:

Because I had no other options and needed a Christmas present.
Currently wouldn't recommend due to price issue.
