This supplier sent me a machine that was not quality checked. The main fuse exploded and the main power point melted due to wires being incorrectly connected

The rotary axis for the laser cnc co2 was not sent with the machine even though I paid for it. I was told they cannot ship it with airfreight and that I had to order another machine to get the rotary axis.

I was also not provided with the correct rotary axis with a stepper motor as was shown to me when I ordered the machine

I ordered a replacement stepper motor / 3 way jaw / rotary axis from Wish and received it within 3 weeks where Alisa is refusing to send me anything with airfreight

I am very unhappy.
