. I've been in the repair business for over a decade and have never seen anything like this. I purchased two Mac screens. They said I have 1 year warranty. I used one of them and never touched the other since I didn't need it. When I requested a refund, they asked me to send the items back, which I did. However, they only gave me a very low credit store instead. I thought they would rectify the situation if I called, but they initially refused. After a couple of calls, they finally admitted their mistake, but then they sent the screen that were not the original screen I gave them. They sent me damaged screen with scratches. They played games with the return policy. This is making me feel like I was being taken advantage of. It was clear that they were more interested in making a quick buck than providing fair pricing for their services
