We liked to use it first, it's great for small files and its free. We even recommended it to dozens of our colleagues. HOWEVER, the nightmare started when we upgraded to PRO for sending larger files. First, the videographer transferring us files for editing complained that he spends tens and tens of hours transferring simple footage. He sent us screenshots with progress. Secondly, we couldn't download any. On our end, the system warned as the filies are either corrupted or un-downloadable by some other technical reasons. The distraught videographer sent us a few samples via Dropbox as proof the files are fine. We were about to leave to an oversea trip so these video files download was something urgent... To make things worse, THERE IS NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE to call to and in fact NO ANY PHONE NUMBER and NO EMAIL. You have to go through the layers of FAQ to be able to send a request through a generic window. They never sent a reply - now they claim they did and it was sent, it may have gone to spam - but when we came back from a trip and I tried to get back to the issue to resolve, I learned the files were deleted, as they EXPIRED. Nowhere we heard or learned that files have a short storage life. At the monthly fees, we pay? So we lost important work, we lost time, we lost money. Under the pretense of trying to help, the robotoc customer service rep via chat asked to send a support material each piece of which she blatantly used instead to justify themselves. NEVER EVER AGAIN. The problem is not is just their technical problem its how the handle the process of resolution. THIS is one of the most irresponsible and UNTRUSTWORTHY businesses we came across. We don't want to support or endorse any longer

Dont even know where to start. Everything is so horrible... The website after one year, still is not ready... the graphic design is poor, communication is built on pure absurd. The customer service unexisting people are acting sketchy: several people different name calling themselves different names, talk with the same voice/ accent... the cover each other... There are tons of other companies with integrity please help yourself and find the one with a good track record. God bless you all

Sharing file of more than gb is fine but sometimes when we transfer a file that is less than 1 gb...
