Had simple and minor itinerary changes that the agent' messed up not once but twice and in the process lost fares that I also had tagged on a separate service but regrettably left on the table after deciding to work with these guys! But then this agent' proceeded to blame me for 'making changes' to my itinerary to cause him to loose' the discount fare despite the fact that in the process of making his incorrect changes he had still retained the original discount fares! It was only after yet again pointing out that he made another booking error (with the discount fare intact) that he went back to correct it and of course found third time round that he had at that point lost my discount price. He then had a significantly higher rate quoted and at this point I stepped away.
To blame a customer for his own mistakes is seriously amateurish - this was working with the assistant sales manager no less - use at your own risk - I'll never go near them again.
I am a multi-million mile flier with two major airlines and have over 30 years of business class travel experience - rarely if ever use such services but again extremely unimpressed with this company. Lousy experience, be warned!
