I ordered from them using their promotion for Mother's Day and it was supposed to arrive before then. I let them know when the shipping stopped updating and they made me wait until well after Mother's Day before I could even request a replacement. Even when I did, because I still hadn't received my item, they let me know that they had a printing issue and couldn't send me a replacement. So now I'm waiting on my refund and this is beyond ridiculous. Customer service is quick to dismiss you when you have issues and really isn't interested in fixing the problem. They just want to stop dealing with you and stall for as long as they can. Either way, now I'm buying stuff to make up for it because their failure to deliver made me look bad, like I forgot to get a gift. So way to shaft me twice.
