I understand that we are amidst a pandemic and civil unrest, so shipping may be delayed. However, it's been almost 2 months since my package was supposed to be delivered. I've been in a constant struggle between UPS and this site to ensure that my music will come in general. Tracking has not been updated in again, almost two months, which leads me to believe my package has been lost. I don't care how late it will be delivered, but I'd like to be kept in the loop about when it would be. It's common when you're in a business where you ship items from your warehouse. I reached out to customer service, and they were nice enough but it felt like I wasn't a valued customer. Won't ever buy from this company again. I have asked for a refund and have not yet received a response. Won't buy from this site again. They were very unprofessional.
UPDATE: I complained to customer service that I would like a refund and they did not give one. Instead they said that it seemed my music may have been lost, so they sent out another package without charge. I got it two days later, which was a day earlier than expected and it was through FedEx. It seems UPS may be the problem so I feel bad for being so critical of this site. However, they should have listened to my earlier complaint rather than delaying my response. I love my music but please make sure you stay updated with them throughout your purchase.
