The acceptance of my money was lighting fast, and so was the confirmation that it has been dispatched to my delivery address. That is where the speed stopped, and all further communication. They even had a parcel track service showing that it reached South Africa, and the local distribution Centre has been shipped. That was 22 June, now we are at the 5th of August with no indication why DHL will take two months without communication. So they are also putting DHL's integrity as service provider at risk.
