I was told in email exchange that my mining earnings are outstripped by current cost of running, despite btc spiking, any yet they are still selling the same contracts to other customers. Avoid at all cost, you are likely to lose money if you invest with this 'project'.
As you saw in the title these are two major issues I found with the service. They are happy to take your money but not easy to talk to when you find yourself in a tight corner
