I've had an issue with connecting to the netflix USA for a few days, and after speaking with a few executives/customer service people over at ivacy and not really getting anywhere (even though they were all trying there best and were all incredibly helpful) I finally had someone who could solve my issue within minutes! His name is THEODORE and he helped me so quick he deserves a raise! I have no issue no bad word to say about the help and advice he gave me, every part of his service was exceptional!
