I received food that was spoiled, bad and literally made me ill. The rest of of my food was missing an item and was ice cold, as it was delivered 30 minutes past the promised time. The restaurant called me, asking "do you want food? I'll have to cook it for you." (I don't even know what that means!)
I called Delivery.com (6) times from the day I received the bad food to a week later. I was told over and over; you got what you ordered, so we can't refund you.
I asked for a supervisor, but no one ever called back.
So I got stuck paying for a meal that was spoiled, made me sick and Delivery.com didn't do anything.
