“Can't even get status on order shipment”

So, after waiting for 3+ hours on their HORRIBLE CHAT, they say, here look at UPS Tracking number.
So, look at ups tracking number and info. Delivery address is correct, but status shows being returned to SENDER.

It's impossible to talk to a real person.

What a piece of manure.
