In addition, I ordered the standard anti-reflective coating for $4.95 and an extra pair of back up frames (no lenses, same model) for half price. Total cost $93.54 with coupon, a fraction of the cost I would have paid in Thailand. I received my glasses in 3 weeks. The frames were sturdy and lenses worked fine.
