The owner had a penchant for assigning blame without taking responsibility for their own mistakes. Instead of acknowledging their shortcomings or addressing any issues constructively, they would deflect and shift blame onto others. It created toxic work environment where fear and insecurity prevailed, stifling creativity and collaboration. The constant finger-pointing fostered a culture of mistrust and hindered any potential for growth or improvement.
