I bought this a week ago to transfer Spotify music to my mp3. At first after install, I was complexed on why I couldn't find the application on my PC to open it. I realized it wasnt creating a shortcut and the only way to use the app was to press "open on install." Already seems sketchy. So with a shrug I decide to try converting my songs and it didn't work at all. Each song sat for like 10-15mins before giving me an error. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple times and it never worked.
So after this, I was outraged at the service so I contacted them through email about offering me a refund. They claimed I only had 5 days to get a refund and they had to at least try to fix the problem. Story Short: they didn't. The person who would email me would do it around 9pm my time and I would stay up late to reply in the next 15m-30m. They would only respond once per day until it was the 5th day. Then they claimed my refund period was over and basically said sorry

If you are a 1-month or 1-year subscriber, you do not need to worry about the process of solving the problem of delaying the validity period of your registration code. We will deal with the situation on a case-by-case basis, such as extending the duration of your registration code after the problem is resolved.
