“Unreliable Turn Around Time”

I ordered a metal front bumper w/ brush guard that was guaranteed to be delivered in 2-3 business days. 3 weeks later, I'm receiving multiple phone calls from a truck driver while my wife is in labor. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. Even paid $300 in oversized shipping and handling fees.
