I was shipped a defective ECM for a Ford 6 liter diesel. Called and spoke with them. Every time a spoke with them ( at least 4 or 5 times) I was always told they would look into it and get back to me. They NEVER got back to me. I would call later and go through it all again. I finally got them to agree their part is defective, but they stopped responding at that point. I bought another from a company that was much more honest. Still no response from them.
