They blame "delays in Paypal", they delay weeks of delays on "float",'but they absolutely refuse to cancel an order when they refuse to ship it. Weeks and weeks you will wait and they will take your money and block your attempt to go with someplace else. Absolute worst retailer I've dealt with in 2 years. Oh - and their crappy glasses fall apart off your head while you're driving. 8 emails requesting cancelation and they won't do it. Nightmare firm, STAY AWAY.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t - these guys are shady, they flat lie about whether they’ve collected your payment or not, then treat you like total garbage when you call them out on it. The only reason I’m getting another pair in the 1st place is because the pair I bought 2 months ago broke off of my nose-mid-driving. Avoid this firm like smallpox. They will obfuscate and lie and finally, tell you to go away and get your money back from Paypal - on Christmas. These worthless people don’t care about their customers.
