Ordered back in late November. Package gets lost in mail. But some weird back and forth with customer service, I am told I'd get a replacement sent (it's now December 15th). On the 20th I ask again because it's now past the Christmas deadline and I'm told the item is out of stock. After some more back and forth, I'm told they'll ask the warehouse about my order to get me an ETA (it's December 23rd now). Fast forward to January 6th, still nothing. I contact them and get a response that doesn't even mention the warehouse. I try TWICE more and get the same automated response back. I will never order from them and will let my friend who was supposed to get this order for Christmas know not to do the same.
