On December 25th, 2018, I ordered two albums from the online store KpopPlus. They seemed reliable and I had read about them online, so I figured I might as well give them a try. I order BTS's album "Wings" and Stray Kids' album "I am You" version "I am" with a poster. The poster came in perfect condition, and so did the albums, but they sent the wrong Stray Kids album. Instead of "I am You," the sent "I am Who." I see how this could easily be mixed up and that it can be dealt with using only a simple email to the company. I wrote five emails over 17 days and none of them received a response. It's been 22 days now and I'm so fed up. Please never order from them because they are unreliable and I don't want anyone to have to have this experience.
