What really set this book apart for me was how it looked at your weight-loss with a holistic approach. I really enjoyed reading it as it took me through exactly how my body works and that made me realise why past diets Ive tried havent really worked. Its easy to understand and follow. It doesnt just cover diet but also exercise and motivation. This really resonated with me. I would highly recommend it to anyone, it was a real eye-opener!
