Iph 7 arrived well but had connectivity issues from the start. Apple techs said the phone had a critical fault and should be replaced but Kogan chose to repair. It took weeks and the phone seemed ok mostly afterwards until taken out of Melbourne where it had no reception. An obvious dud.
Now it crashes and has no reception at all. I am awaiting response to my demand for money back or a functional replacement. Selling expensive faulty electronics and not replacing them when the fault is recognized is criminal in my book. I hope they honor the extended warranty and act like business people, not thieves.
