Do not pay a dime to FreePik, I was scammed within 2 days of buying a premium account! I needed photos for a presentation and after 5 downloads I was restricted from downloading anymore! I contacted a rep, got a rude representative named Marian Tonella who kept giving useless non technical device to fix the technical problem, she even told me to wait a few days! They refused to answer anymore messages or give me my money back. This is a fraudulent site do not use it
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy anything from this scam site! They are based in Spain ! They don’t care about anything but taking your money and making cancelling your subscription impossible
