“Horrible customer service”

I bought the NBA slides and one of the 3D jibbitz came broken and they refused to replace it, or allow me to buy one from them, because I didn't have a picture of it, they are not on the site for sale, after spending $75.00 on slides it's the least they could do. It might have cost the $2.00.
