EForms was somehow able to get my payment information and began debiting my account monthly. The issues are:
- I never signed up for eForms
- I thought it was Eversign charging my bank account (the service that I actually use)
- Each and every debit is marked as in-person debit card swipe to my bank account
They mark the debits as in-person swipes so that they are almost impossible to dispute as unauthorized transactions. I've tried working with the company to recover my money for a service that I never signed up for, never used, and never intended to use. They have failed to initiate a refund for every transaction and I will now have to report these transactions as fraud to my bank account.
One of the worst experiences I've had with an online business in years.
Tip for consumers:
Stay far away from this site. I'm not sure how they get customers but they will find a way to shark your payment information and mark every debit card transaction as an "in-person" swipe so that the transactions are nearly impossible to dispute as unauthorized to your bank. Completely fraudulent.
