I pay the same bills every month, same companies every month and netspend keeps denying my transactions an blocking my card. I have to go through hoops to use my fund. It feels so illegal. Customer service will put me on hold an leave me there, hang up on me, transfer me to random departments. This company is horrible. Time for me to bank somewhere else. I have kids. I dont have time for my money that i worked for to be blocked from using. What if i was stranded or had an emergency an cant access my money. I dont know how this company is still in business. The worst thing about this company is the customer service. Worst experience every single time. Every single person has broken English. Can barely understand them an visa versa.
