I purchased Pharmaton Advanced after searching for it and got Pharmaton Vitality 11 a cheaper product which does not contain the same ingredients. When I contacted them about this and the price charged they replied by saying it is the same! This is mis-leading and grossly overpriced way of sending out a cheaper product
I would never have bought from them if it was not going to be the advanced Pharmaton and will not bear the cost of postage back either. Their web site is not following the advertising standards either and I have now logged a complaint with Mastercard because they have very poor customer satisfaction handling

Hired company to do end of tenancy cleaning for one bedroom flat. Price went up from 175 to 225 after they quoted and had to pay 56 pounds in deposit. When the cleaners arrived they wanted a further 150 pounds on top of the balance all to paid in cash so I said No. Lost deposit according to them even though they did not clean according to their quote. Beware these people are scammers

They want much more money to do the service then quoted and will leave you to either their blackmail or lose your deposit ! Be Warned

British Gas Electric is terrible. I transferred to this company from Bulb and they got the start readings wrong and also put me on the highest tariff instead of the prepayment one. They then sent me a bill for 680 pounds and it took weeks to complain. They then sent a bill for 74 pounds and soon after rebilled me 184 pounds! All this for 30 odd days of being with them. Fortunately I left them quickly but the complaints process went on and on during which time they sent in debt collectors and charged a further 28 pounds in admin fees while my complaint was with the Ombudsman and although the ombudsman found in my favour they could not get the 28 pounds extra removed and they did not follow the decision of the ombudsman to split the full use into a day and night reading using econonomy 7. It took 5 months and I gave up in the end. They are the worst company I have ever run across and have used every trick in the book to decive and cheat you the consumer and are even vindictive about having complained about their shoddy business practice. Keep well clear of this lot!

Tip for consumers:
Do not joine British Gas Electric they will cheat on the metre readings !

Products used:
Switched back to EDF who are 100 times better in customer service and they gave me credit for the incorrect readings British Gas created for me and the trouble they caused over 5 months

Tried writing a negative review for British Gas and they removed it. So I sent in documentary evidence but the review remained removed. Useless site biased against the customers who take time to review there only to have it removed. This is a scam web site for companies who only want positive reviews! Don't waste your time on them to do anything honest either probably make money from the very companies themselves
