“Confused by Terms and Conditions”

I rarely read terms and conditions before joining the site. But when some problems occur, you end up checking it. Well, while I like it her, the terms and conditions section is God damn CONFUSING! I start getting suspicious after reading the section. Why terms and conditions section is so confusing, I don't think that someone would ever be able to understand it. On the other hands, who cares when everything is working without an error. But if the error occurs, how can you understand anything? I'm pretty much confused.
