They promised smooth minecraft hosting, but did not deliver. I had only 3 people on and the server would crash constantly. I upgraded the RAM and had the same problems, so I canceled the service. When I canceled, they continued to get money from PayPal and didn't inform me. I only noticed this when checking my PayPal account. After 3 months of being billed for NOTHING, they refused to refund the money. I literally paid them for nothing for 3 months. DO NOT USE.
Tip for consumers:
Just don't, use a different site. This one sucks.
