Their 'Free Trial' is not what you think. They immediately charge your card for a full year and they don't care. You can't cancel, they won't refund you. Your bank can't do anything because they are in China and simply ignore you. They have your money - they don't care. They know you would never renew in a year because their software is average at best. I tried it - not impressed - tried to cancel within the hour and got nowhere. NEVER give your card number - no matter what they say.

Tip for consumers:
NEVER give your card number for a 'free trial' - no matter what they promise.

Products used:
I downloaded some software that was very poor quality. Their '3 Day Free Trial' was BS. I canceled within the hour and they had already immediately charged my card for a full year. No reply to my emails. My bank card company said - can't chase them as they are in China and simply took the money - gone.
