SKU ******* Dockers Beacon, they show that the width sizes are W & EE. That shoe isn't produced in EE. I just returned the 3rd mistake in a week. Each time thru chat or phones calls, I was assured that they would correct the problem, only to receive the shoe in the wrong size W. Pretty poor! I doubt I'll be shopping with Zappos again. Do some shopping before buying here!

Purchased an item and it was supposed to be delivered by 04/29-30/2021.
Well, it wasn't. Contacted the seller and got lip service.
After another five days, I contacted ebay and they started the investigation.
I was told that I couldn't do anything until 05/12/2021.
They suggested again that I contact the seller.
I did and got more lip service that the item was shipped and was given another tracking number.
See photo on how that turned out.
With still no word from the seller, I tried contacting ebay support, that's a lost cause.
They have suspended phone support and trying to contact them another way is like a Tomb Raider/Indiana Jones adventure.
This is not the first time either.
I have had a few incidents as a seller where I was dead to rights, had all the proof requested and still lost out.
I have a few things to square away and then I'm done with them.

I purchased an item from them because they said that it was in stock.
Then I get a message stating that due to Golden Week and the amount of orders for the item shipping will be delayed.
I question them about the holiday not starting until October.
I then get an email stating that the price for shipping has increased and that they will cover the the part of shipping I already paid for, but will have to pay the difference for the increase.
Wait, they're going to cover the amount of shipping I already paid for?
W T F?
Stay away!
P.S. They also DO NOT REFUND! So beware!

Sunday 04/25/2021 I receive a notice that a package was delivered to my door.
I was home and had front door open, no package.
At the same time the FedEx truck drives past my apartment without stopping.
I contact FedEx and was told that the package was left at the central mailbox location.
I told them that that was unacceptable and for the driver to come back and deliver it to my door, that's what I paid for.
I was told that the seller I purchased the item uses what is called LAST MILE DELIVERY, where UPS and FedEx drop off the packages at USPS and they deliver them.
I told the person again that it wasn't delivered by USPS and was left in an open insecure location.
I was then told that USPS would be around to secure them.
I then told them that it's Sunday afternoon and USPS wouldn't be around till Monday 4:00pm.
I was told that I needed to take that up with the seller.
At that point I drove over to the mailboxes and found a person shaking my package as if to figure out what was inside.
I confronted the person and it almost escalated to the point where I was about to call the police.
I came back and called FedEx again and was basically blown off.
I then sent a couple of nasty emails to the seller.
That system of shipping is totally unacceptable.

Seller offers action figures for ridiculous prices that are fake to get your money.
I stupidly ordered the Animated Batman Expressions Pack. I then had a question about the item. Never got a reply.
Then I relied a delivery notice two days later. I checked and no package. I checked with USPS and was told that the tracking number was issued by mistake. How does that happen?
After many hours of phone calls, emails and trying to fill out pay pals dispute form, I was told to get information from USPS.
I obtain the info and find out that the tracking number was attached to a totally different person that had a similar mailing address.
The sellers address when I mapped it seemed to be a small truck shop SW of Kissimmee FL.
Finally I was refunded the monies.
The company name that the seller is attached to is Happy Shopping.

You can see from the photo that the prices are way below other prices online.
Also, every time you go to the site, the prices change.
Definitely stay away!

After placing an order for a pair of Desert Boots, I saw that there was a zipper, I did not notice.
I filled out the contact sheet that the company used with in minutes of placing the order.
Unfortunately, using the contact sheet does not allow you to have any receipt.
I did this twice again with in 48 hours, over the weekend.
I received an email from them Tuesday, stating that I did not file for a cancellation in the window to do so.
I guess the window is less than 10 minutes.
After many emails, I was told that the shoes were shipped and there was nothing they could do.
I received the shoes over the weekend and as you can see I had it marked to RTS.
Also, the company that shipped the isn't KingSize Direct.
STAY AWAY!

Tip for consumers:
BE AFAIRD! Be VERY AFRAID!

Products used:
The company kept requesting that I use the return invoice inside.
I told them that I would simply refuse the order, as if I open it, the return falls back on me and I didn't want to waste any more time or material taping the package back up.
The return address on the table wasn't KingSize Direct, but Full Beauty Brand 2300 Southeastern Ave Indianapolis, IN 46201
