All the negativity about this company is less, will add my part and help others to get the **** away from this company.
They call them HoonarTekWurks, meaning Talent (what a joke). The whole company is a joke, or to be more precise its worst nightmare one can have multiply 16 GB.

They have 70 odds resources (in 5 years) of which 70% constitutes freshers, reason, no seniors joins them. So what they do, they trap freshers and get them to sign bond for 2 years and torment them.
All the good resources of "once upon a time", have left Hell Tekwurks, they wanted to change the system, the system changed their lives, bechare. But all who have left this company with tears in their eyes, are now living a happy life full of content and fulfillment.
This company has some very good people too, but they dont have a say. Because of SAM

About SAM
They have 3 managers (I call them uncle SAM). You can learn a lot from them, like how to lick A**, how to be e-tattlers, how to ruin someones career, how to make someones live leaving hell, just to name a few.

What you cant learn from them is:
Technology: I guess they dont know the meaning too.

One manager is very hilarious guy, he has done everything in his life what you can think of, he has even been to countries that dont exist. His talent is Bakchodi (biggest). He is a thing.

The other guy is, I dont know what he is, and I guess he is the biggest lick master of Management. He is the worst. Does nothing, but forces all his work on you, and takes credit for it. If he has done some blunder, he passes the blame to his resources. Idiot fellow.

The last one he is blank space (not secured about his job, so ruin others)

To make it more interesting SAM has their disciples, I call them the A Team

God they know how to ruin someones life. Hell yeah I am out of this company with least suffering, they have made people cry.
I dont want to talk about the owners, its because of them this is happening. The architects (the bogeyman)

Talent has no place in this company.

There is one idiot guy(at some higher post), I curse him every day, may god make him suffer like he makes other suffer, may he get hemorrhoids with no cure, then he will realize what it means to play with employees life. He is the guys who plays with your hard earned money, and ruins your life. He deducts your salary to increase his own bonus I guess.
This company has worst policies because of this fellow.
There is no leadership in this company, they want to make quick money, by hook or crook.

The HR department is the most disgusting department of this company. 50 % of your salary is variable pay, even if they hire you with fixed salary package, they change that to variable, saying the company policies have changed.

This is the only company were you have to pay once you leave & they do your FnF settlement after 4.5 months. With no salary for 3 months.

Policies:
They change policies every day and everyone as a different policy.
Its complete anarchy which means they can bring new policies with back dates effect, a policy introduced of May is effective from January.
If you ask for salary rise, you get warning letter.
If you ask for leave you get abuses

Appraisal System at HellTek
Work your $#*! of all day night, and if you dont lick SAMs $#*! you are under evaluation for under-performance
Or, dont work at all and lick SAMs $#*!, promotion
And if you were given some bonus, you have to return it back if you resign

So, guys you can decide, If you still plan to join this company, ask for their policy document and they will not give you, stating its company policy. WTF

Pros:
If you are very happy and have never seen agony, join Hoonartek oops sorry Hell Tek.
If you care about money and are ready to surrender your self-respect & your will, join them

If you are having less than 4 years experience, please dont join this company, you will cry for mercy that is my promise to you.
4-6 years guys are safe somewhat, but the whole game is played by SAM and the Policy guy.

They send you to SA on tourist Visa which is for 3 months, but they use it for 6 months, and when you come back, you have to say in company for 9 months, and then you can resign and serve notice period for another 3 months. If you resign prior you end up paying 3-4 Lac, with no explanation
They keep you like beggars at onsite, no car, they will dump two guys in one flat. Your sole purpose is to make them money, and they pay worst allowance in the market
Nobody goes twice to onsite, those who go I guess have no self-respect for themselves or may have some issues.

From the day you resign your life becomes hell, they will ruin you self-respect, make you cry and for next 4.5 months they dont pay you and your FnF is never full, and you feel so happy leaving the company that you dont go back and ask for your money.

Guys, dont join & ruin your life.

BEST of luck for you Job search.

By the way, there is no job security, they only have one client and the remaining clients are 1,2 id clients, so they can fire you anytime without notice, they have done it, they will do it again, because they have no shame.

They only have clients in SA, the other countries address location are hoax, I dont know why there is no scrutiny of these companies, they wright anything in their site.
I guess they are under cost cutting measures, there site is not ready from last 6 months

Think about it guys, before you join.
