No one knows where an order is or when it's going to be shipped. 4 phone calls with representatives over ten days resulted in the same quote: "The order is finished, in the warehouse, and waiting to be shipped, you'll get an email by the end of the day or tomorrow with a tracking number. No email ever came after any of those phone calls. I still do not have my order and have no clue where it is. Worst company EVER!
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from using PrinterPix. No one knows what they are doing. Once they get your $$$ they don't care.
