I've purchased 3 desks and chairs from UpLift Desk. The quality of their products is the absolute best. And its true, I never write reviews. I have not had one issue with any of their products. I just purchased a tablet stand, (which by the way look awesome their desks and is well-made) It had a scratch on the base, probably a shipping issue. I called 10 minutes after it arrived and Luis Castillo answered my call. In less than 10 minutes - he had an order for another one on its way - nice, friendly, professional and really showed he cared about a customer. I love that! You read the good reviews and you wonder, are these real? Yes, they are real and I trust these guys. Thank you Luis! You've deepened my loyalty to UpLift Desk and your awesome products and exceptional commitment to their customers.;) This is a company that takes care of its customers.

Yes, I AM one of those people that never write reviews, ever. But when something stands out like this situation, I'm certainly compelled to go the extra step, take my time and bring a situation to light. I own a business called goBusiness, a work from home marketing company. I've purchased a lot from UpLift - LOVE LOVE their desks. But had one desk come to me with a split in the desktop wood. Not good. I called and got a hold of a customer service rep (I'm going to do him a favor and he will remain nameless) and he said sure I'll take care of it and get a hold of me via email if you need anything. NOTHING happened - emailed him, nothing. I was considering the "other" desk company, which I won't mention here (due to Kellys help) Frustrated I called again and got a hold of Kelly... I couldn't believe his attitude, authentic kindness and efficiency with which he handled my issue. UNREAL! He apologized and was so kind and helpful - he fully restored my faith in UpLifts company and service. He literally got the order out that minute while on the call! He even offered his direct phone for anything that I may need. Bam, that went right in my address book! Hey, if you ever need help at Uplift get Kelly Anderson on the phone. He literally is the guy who should be running and training the customer service team. Thank you Kelly for helping me get this straightened out, it was so important to me. Funny thing is, I'm looking at another desk and I'll be sticking with UpLift because of Kelly. ;)
