“Scam - not good plans & VIP doesn't give you a custom plan”

I purchased this and didn't get a Lean-to Shed plan so I bought the VIP to get a custom plan but just strung along and never received it.

Tip for consumers:
There are a lot of YouTube videos from people that are driving unsuspecting people to his site.

Products used:
Files sent via email with plans gathered from all over and not actually created by Ryan Henderson (does he even exist?). As a VIP sunscriber I sent my plans and info in to get my free custom plan for a Lean-to Shed but I never got anything and their Help Desk said it was coming but it never came. By this time I was not longer eligible for a refund even though I had asked for that previously.
