You don't need these people to set up your vehicle for sale on eBay. From what I can tell they bring almost nothing to the table, in fact I probably missed a golden opportunity to sell my car. But because they own the ad (not you), you can't directly contact any bidders unless you go through them. And they may or may not be available to service you. In may case they set up the auction so the last two days of the auction ended on a Sunday and National Holiday. They had nobody answering the phones so my ability to reach out to several of the last bidders was 0. After the bidding was over by the time I tried to contact them, they were not interested. One recommendation set your reserves to what you actually are willing to take, based on their recommendation I set mine to high, which really hamstrings you during this process.
