I am glad I checked out the reviews on this site before placing an order. It appears they change the address of this SCAM company often and the latest address on their site actually comes back to a 692 SF apartment in N Miam. Do not trust this site, their inventory is a BIG LIE, they show things are in stock, get you to order and pay for it and then TRY TO MAKE YOU SWITCH to something else! On top of it, they don't tell you even after you place your order that it is out of stock, you have to go hunting them down to get an answer! I paid for 2 day UPS shipping and didn't hear a word from them until I reached out to them! They should have immediately reached out to me to say they didn't really have it in stock but did not!

Terrible service and untrustworthy! Don't trust the "good" reviews, they are almost certainly SHILLS and this company is not reliable or reputable! AVOID!

Tip for consumers:
Don't trust their inventory, their site says items are IN STOCK but are not! When you bring this to their attention, they say it was an error and they corrected it but then you go to their site and check and it still shows the product IN STOCK even though they are OUT OF STOCK! DON'T TRUST THEM!

These people are terrible and are completely fraudulent! Stay away from them and do not believe any of their emails! For me it all started with an email that said an item was back in stock and shipping immediately. I clicked on it and was on their site within 2 minutes of getting the email. The item said on the Site In Stock.

I placed my order and within a couple of hours I get an email saying the item I ordered is now on an extended backorder. So I am not happy but I decide to wait a bit and see what happens. In just over a week I start to get these Lame emails from various people who state they Have Great News and that while my item is still out of stock, they have a similar (mind you, a non brand name vs the name brand I ordered) in stock and they would like to go ahead and fill my order with this non brand item. I tell them NO, I am not interested and I continue to wait.

Another week goes by and I get 2 more emails saying the same exact thing and I finally decide this is complete BS and I send them an email to cancel my order, in full. I get a confirmation email stating my order was cancel. At this point you would think I am done with them, but I am not. Almost a week later a box shows up with the items I told them to cancel and received a confirmation email that they did cancel! I immediately contact them and I get another mountain of BS from them saying they only canceled 1 item, not the whole order. What? I ask why would you do that and provide them a copy of my email stating to cancel the order, nothing about cancel just 1 item! They say they are sorry but will have to contact their warehouse and I will have to wait to hear back. In the meantime they will process a refund for 1 of the items.

I am still chatting with them when I get a email notice for $3.82 from them. I question why am I getting a credit for $3.82 for an item that I was charged $9.18 for? They respond they had to take the coupon I used for $5.50 plus tax off the 1 item that they refunded. I asked them how on earth can they think that is fair and reasonable when the coupon was used on the entire order, not 1 piece, which on top of everything else is ALL THEIR FAULT to begin with. There poorly trained customer service responds with a "well, that is just how we do it"... And on top of it, they try to say my email to cancel was sent to them after they already shipped my order, but then I show them my email (with header) showing when it was sent and then a trace of their package which shows Fed X picked the package up 2 full days from them AFTER my email was sent, so they were caught in an outright lie which when pressed why would they say something which is so easily proven to be a lie, they did not want to answer and wanted to keep telling me to please wait while they contact their warehouse and that someone will "get back to me" at some point with a resolution.

Yeah right, after all this nonsense, I won't hold my breath and will just contact my credit card company and file a chargeback.

I am leaving this review here in hopes of saving anyone else from having to go through what I am with this outright fraudulent company.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away! They offer very poor customer service, their In Stock is a complete LIE and their emails claiming items are back in stock are also meant to trick you into placing an order that their site will say is in stock but really isn't and then they will try to switch you over to a non name brand product to replace it. When you cancel, they will just go ahead and ship whatever they have in stock and try to make you keep it by making a return long, painful and frustrating. ORDER ELSEWHERE!

None, they did not ship me what I ordered and then over a month later shipped me a canceled order for items I told them I did not want substituted.

Absolutely horrible!

They pull the classic advertised low price and then WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER until they "verify" your payment information. They then get you on the phone and try to tell you that the price, in this case, for a Sharp TV doesn't include "Insurance" and they will not ship a product unless it is "Insured". They then tell you that insurance on a $3,000 TV is $386.00! A completely SHAM operation and DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE SHILLS they have posting out here that they are a good company, THEY ARE NOT. They will waste your time and try to rip you off with completely unrealistic insurance charges that when added to the products cost IS MORE THAN most other reputable company's. GO ELSEWHERE and save yourself the time and frustration of dealing with these clowns.
