Ordered what was supposed to be new vinyl 45s but one of the 45s was scratched and wouldn't play properly. The only way it can be resolved is calling their customer service and sitting on hold forever. Shipping the product back would cost more than the product is worth.
Tip for consumers:
Their quality is usually good but this experience has turned me off.
