Searched on line for children's recordable books, was directed to Mercari, ordered a Scooby-Doo book for my seven year old grandson, what I received was a recordable book that didn't work at all, they sent me a notice telling me not to rate the transaction if I wasn't satisfied, instead I was to notify them within three days and they would look into it. I followed their instructions and they said they would get back to me. The next correspondence from them informed me that I wasn't eligible for a refund, but they would give me Mercari credits. My response to them was, why would I want to do business with someone that takes my money and sends me trash? So far they are ignoring my request for a full refund.
