My first guest moved in. After 1 week I was still not paid. Erasmusu did not reply to emails. On january 6 in Montreal (!) the guest had to leave a place he reserved for 4 months and even though he paid to Erasmusu in full. They did not even reply to him!

As we always mention during our landlord's registration process, the payment is guaranteed and safe always when the student has arrived.
However, some bank institutions need some time to send the payment to our customers.
