It should not take over 2 weeks to receive a TV from SEKO. TV was supposed to arrive today and now it is on March 31st

I recently earned over 7 billion dollars and was due over 900 points for a free spin. The points didn't arrive and my emails gave zero results and was told it was over and do not reply anymore. Very sad. With over 50 billion in my account the rewards of $230 million are insulting
