I purchased a purse as a gift. The day it arrived, I opened the package and the zipper would not unzip. It was stuck closed. I emailed customer service immediately and was given nothing but the run around. I have a purse I can't use, a charge on my account and no way to do anything about it. They wouldn't give me any information on how to return the purse. Consumer BEWARE!
