I was told they don't accept returns (probably because they know they do not work as advertised). Shame on me for not checking their return policy. I have included pics, the left is after one wash (I used it for a week to see if it may start to work...it didn't BTW). The right picture is after one wash with Dove. You can see the difference. I gave it to a girl I work with, she had the same complaint.
