When LXR first started, they made an effort towards having good customer service; today? It's non-existent.
If you visit the Vancouver store at the Hudson's Bay downtown, don't expect anything; you're better off passing the area and going directly to Holt Renfrew or the Hotel Vancouver and buying direct from LV.
What a pitiful experience. They lost 3 customers today and word-of-mouth remains the best form of a referral or deferral.
