Signed up hoping for a simple package. After many attempts to upsell me, I signed up to the bare minimum. Changed my mind, requested refund, only to be told that they no longer use paypal and so cannot refund me. This seems ridiculous. Am dealing with Paypal and really finding this entire thing a royal pain in the arse. Talk about make things difficult. Its a refund. Put the money in my bank account by transfer if I am one of a few that this has happened to... according to them it's just unlucky that I cancelled on the cusp of their relationship with paypal falling apart. Also the upsell aspect and the very poor recipe book and the difficult to navigate the website, and the can't be in the facebook group because you didn't buy the upsell programs was just rubbish. I ended up joing the Diet Doctor program which has thousands of recipes, a wonderful app, a free to join facebook group and Im losing weight. I know low carb works as I lost 34kg in 20 weeks over ten years ago on my own... without a group, but I have been unwell and just felt I needed support to get through this.
Tip for consumers:
That there are a bunch of videos during the purchasing and they all upsell you add ons which include access to the Facebook group. When you message the owner on her Facebook page you get an auto response and it tells you to contact the support email and they aren't helpful. the 60 day refund policy is required because it's been a month and I still don't have my money back. I am chasing it through PayPal. Buyer beware. The program itself is probably ok. What you get for your $, not so good.
