Do not use Susan julie.com... bought a dress which was faulty and for 2 weeks I've been emailing them asking to return it and get a refund. They ignore messages and when you do get one back it says 10% discount and give it to a friend... they wont give me a return address and certainly wont give a refund... I'm now having to ring my bank and report this as a scam... its a chinese company. So beware and read reviews on different sites...

Do not use mano mano... I bought a leaf blower in December 2020. Its faulty. Strap broken and pipe us split... they wont do anything they wont refund and just keep sending me script messages... they passed it on to their supplier Home online stores Ltd who tell me to send it back st my own cost of £15... this has been going on for 2 months... this leaf blower is like a child toy but not as well made... look on trustpilot for reviews about this joke of a company
