This is my second visit to their site to purchase Culturelle probiotics. Very efficient company. Runs like a Swiss watch. Product ships quickly and tracking number is provided very soon in the process. Not to mention their Probiotics work very well. I'll continue to buy for my family.

I purchased many items from Swanson for 6 years. I finally stopped last September. All of a sudden they started this fuel surcharge. $1.99. Please. First they tell you you have free shipping, then if your order goes over 1 pound, they charge this ridiculous fuel surcharge fee. (this is what I was told by the customer service rep).

You could purchase $200 worth of vitamins, which would certainly weigh over 1 pound and you could get hit with the fuel surcharge fee. It's petty and a stupid business practice.

I won't order from them again until this dumb fee is revoked

I've been purchasing from this company for about 2 years now. They're consistent in pricing, shipping and quality. The owner will call you back if you have a question. He's quite sincere and appears to be very ethical in his dealings. If you want to buy vitamins from a smaller company who practices good customer service and ships quickly, he's your man.
