LIARS & SCAM, reading other reviews from another site https://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/article/2020/5/31/is-aheadfeel-com-a-scam-see-the-review-of-the-online-store/, they could be chinese or china based, but important to contact FBI https://www.fbi.gov/scams-and-safety/common-scams-and-crimes/internet-fraud. THE ONLY WAY TO SHUT THEM DOWN. Then PAYPAL wouldn't give me my money back because they (aheadfeel) provided FAKE tracking via UPS. How they did it I DO NOT KNOW!
