First time customer and this has been the worst timetable on delivery by any company. Ever. I get product from outside the country faster. When I placed my order estimated time was 5-10 days. Fine. 20 days have passed by and no update. I contact them and they tell me it takes 18 days. Yet no shipment update. Now they're saying it takes 24 business days. I highly do not recommend if you need your product in a timely manner. It's been over a month since I ordered and it still hasn't shipped.

Hi Jan, I understand the concern you had over the delay. The time period you left this review and ordered was one of the most challenging time periods in the 6 years I've run this company. Our supply chains were disrupted and all of the communication we sent of delivery dates was based on the best knowledge we had at the time. Normally we ship within a week, so this was not normal.
